Shelly L. Strosnyder, MA, SPHR

President and Founder

 

Shelly Strosnyder has more than ten years of experience as an executive in Human Resources and Organization Development.  She has worked in diverse industries including manufacturing, aviation and higher education.  Her roles have included organization and leadership development; project management, employee relations; corporate communications; talent management; recruiting; benefits; FMLA and leave administration; and training and development.

 

Shelly holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.  She graduated summa cum laude from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership. 

 

Passionate about working with individuals, teams and organizations to build their capacity for leadership, Shelly is committed to helping  people bring their best self, skills and passions to their work each and every day.  She utilizes the Birkman Method behavioral and motivational assessment in her coaching practice as a tool to help individuals identify their passions, strengths and underlying needs and how those characteristics impact their work relationships and performance.  She has coached more than 500 individuals and teams since her certification in the instrument in 2002.

 

Over the course of her career, Shelly has received and maintained several professional certifications, which include:

  • Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) – since 2002
  • Evidence-based Coaching - 2008
  • DDI Targeted Selection Administrator – 2004
  • Birkman™ Method Consultant – 2003
